Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the services included in your booking and the cancellation terms of individual hotels, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.

Please include your booking details, travel dates, passenger name and reason for cancellation so that we can process your request efficiently.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms applicable to the services included in your booking. Different hotels, transportation providers and other travel suppliers may have different cancellation rules.
Also depends on the your itinerary and your booking, which we have mentioned in itinerary Refund Policy Section. you know different services have there own conditions. 10%, 20% Or more ammount will be token ammount for booking confirmation and refund initiated on token Ammount.
Any applicable refund will be calculated after considering the cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts imposed by the relevant service providers such as Hotels.
Hotel cancellation policies may vary according to the property, room category, booking plan and travel dates. Some reservations may be refundable while others may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
Any hotel-specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking will apply to the reservation.
Cancellation terms for cars, drivers and transportation services may depend on the booking schedule, vehicle availability and service provider terms.
Where a transportation service has already been arranged or committed, applicable charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Certain bookings, special offers, promotional rates, advance-purchase reservations or supplier services may be non-refundable.
Where a service is marked or communicated as non-refundable at the time of booking, the amount paid for that service may not be refundable.
If a traveller does not arrive for a confirmed booking or does not use a booked service without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Refunds for no-show or unused services will be subject to the terms applicable to the individual booking and service provider.
If you wish to change your travel dates instead of cancelling your booking, please contact us at the earliest possible opportunity.
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on hotel, transport and other supplier terms.
Once an eligible refund has been confirmed, processing will be initiated according to the applicable booking and payment terms.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment method and the relevant banking or payment service provider.
Cancellation or changes caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, major travel disruptions or other unforeseen events, may be handled according to the terms of the affected service providers.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available alternatives or applicable refunds.
